At Pujols Baseball, we value our players and families. To ensure fairness and transparency, we’ve outlined our Refund Policy and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy below. By booking a session, camp, or digital service through www.pujolsbaseball.net, you agree to the following terms.

Refund Policy

In compliance with Florida law (F.S. § 501.142), we clearly post our refund terms:

Training Sessions (In-Person or Virtual)

  • Full refunds available for cancellations made 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Digital Services (Video Reviews, Online Programs)

  • Refunds available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered.

  • Once a video analysis, evaluation, or digital product has been delivered, refunds are not available.

Merchandise or Physical Products

  • Refunds available within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional credits

  • Completed training sessions or digital evaluations

  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Training Sessions (In-Person or Virtual)

  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancel or reschedule at no cost.

  • 24–48 Hours Notice: Reschedule once at no charge; no refunds.

  • Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show: Non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Camps, Clinics, & Group Events

  • 7-Day Notice: Full refund or credit.

  • Less Than 7 Days: Non-refundable, though partial credit may be offered at our discretion.

Digital Services

  • Once delivered, digital services (video reviews, online programs) cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

  • If you need to delay a submission or reschedule delivery, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Weather & Facility Closures

If Pujols Baseball cancels a session or event due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

  • A rescheduled session/event at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund if rescheduling is not possible for Pujols Baseball.
